Steve Towers SVP-EMEA A hands-on practitioner with over 30 years of hands-on experience, Steve Towers is one of industry's noted experts in BPM, Customer Expectation Management and Performance Transformation. Towers’ heads the Research & Professional Services network within Bennu BPM Group. He founded The BPM Group www.bpmg.org in 1992 and as CEO for 15 years developed the world’s first and premier network for Process & Performance professionals. Through research and ‘hands-on’ exposure to the world’s leading companies, he has helped pioneer the evolution into Customer Expectation Management (CEM). ‘Customer Expectation Management – Success without Exception’ (2006) has established a new high water mark for organizations from process and performance improvement.

Alex Morse Chief Architect Alex has extensive experience in software product architecture, product development, Internet Applications, ISP systems, and the "global conversation" given birth to by the "net" (see http://www.cluetrain.com/book/ for more if this is new to you). Alex leads Bennu Group’s software and services development including the Certified Process Professional Program Online Training System and HerculesX Business Management System. He is also responsible for the selection and application of technology for Bennu Group.
